Monday 11-19-07 was a rest day, and I took it. Went salsa dancing instead, with my hamstrings still aching from running on Saturday. My salsa is improving, though I still struggle significantly working up the courage to ask strangers to dance (under the almost-always-true assumption that they are much better dancers than I.) But last night I stayed for a little while after the lessons and danced with a couple of people without embarassing myself. I was proud.
