Currently, I do my best impression of the WOD in the basement of our townhouse with:

  • Pendelay Crossfit Bar
  • Beat up rubber bumper plates
  • A 1.5 pood kettlebell
  • Door gym pull up bar
  • Power Max Rings (hanging on the door gym)
  • Two 25# dumbells
  • Standard speed rope

Along with some ugly hacks like the folding-chair-dip-station and the rolled-up-towel-ab-mat. I drink a shake of BSN’s syntha 6 protein after working out, usually followed promptly with a handful of olives.
