Currently, I do my best impression of the WOD in the basement of our townhouse with:
- Pendelay Crossfit Bar
- Beat up rubber bumper plates
- A 1.5 pood kettlebell
- Door gym pull up bar
- Power Max Rings (hanging on the door gym)
- Two 25# dumbells
- Standard speed rope
Along with some ugly hacks like the folding-chair-dip-station and the rolled-up-towel-ab-mat. I drink a shake of BSN’s syntha 6 protein after working out, usually followed promptly with a handful of olives.
